King Farm Creamy Spinach Soup - 1 10 ½ oz can of reduced fat, reduced sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 green onions sliced
- dash of ground nutmeg
- dash of pepper
- 4 cups cleaned spinach leaves, stems removed
- 1 12 oz can evaporated skim milk
- Garnish with raw carrot
- Blend soup, green onion, nutmeg and pepper. Add spinach leaves a few at a time till mixture is almost smooth. Pour into a medium saucepan. Stir in evaporated milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh carrot.
