For three years Chef Mark has spent many weekends on the market making delicious food for customers to observe and sample. He has cooked everything from stir fry to salad, using products from our market vendors. We thank him for being such a dynamic part of our market! The Chef on the Market has become an important part of Mount Clemens Farmers Market and our customers come to see what will be made each week.
This year we will be adding an exciting element to our Chef in the Market. We will be changing "chefs" periodically to give our customers a new flavor. Chef Mark will still be a huge part of this successful booth on our market and we look forward to hosting other area chefs.
